He was led down on his bed looking up at the ceiling but he wasn’t alone, Ryuk the original owner of his death note was there munching away on one of the bunch of juicy apples Light had brought him earlier. Light x L - Mis. Chapter 8Light sat at the computer next to L. They were both trying to get back to work, but it was next to impossible after everything that had just happened. “Light-kun… I was afraid.” Afraid of what? That I was Kira? “Why…L?” It’s so weird to call him that aloud…

“I was afraid, Light-kun, that you were truly in love with Misa. I listened to your tone when speaking to her, and it sounded apathetic… but I suppose I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I had my moments of clarity, but I had almost given up hope.”

Light x L - Mis. Chapter 9“Raito! Get off of Ryuuzaki right now!” L shuddered at the sound. Sochiro Yagami… a man you do not want to annoy. A smile ran across Light’s lips.

Did he just laugh? He did not comply with his father’s order… perhaps this is the lifestyle choice he spoke of earlier?

“Raito! I’m not going to tell you again!” Light released L’s lips, but instead of stopping, he went to work on his neck. L let out a small moan which only Light heard.

“Light-kun?” Here it comes, he’s going to tell me to be more careful, typical L.

Light x L - Mis. Chapter 7The two sat at the computer and tried to get refocused on their work, but to no avail. “Light-kun… I was afraid.” L felt those amber eyes fall upon him. “Why…L?” It is obvious that he is not yet used to using my real alias in conversation with me.

Light x L - Mis. Chapter 5L’s eyes poured over the now blushing boy that had just kissed him. “Light-kun…?” The younger teen looked up reluctantly. “Yes, Ryuuzaki?”

L blinked. An unfortunate accident, or something more? “Do you mean to tell me that Misa is not your girlfriend?” Light shook his head slowly. “Truthfully, no Ryuuzaki, she isn’t.”

Light stretched his body across the fabric of his soft bed-sheets; intentionally catching the attention of the apple-monger. The teenager shot the death god a 'come and get it' look, the smirk gracing his lips spreading wide on his angel-esque face, his eyes glinting with the lust and wonton feelings that filled them .

Ryuk stared blankly with his red orbs, his face, of course, showing no emotion; but inside, his mind was screeching. The pains of being bored were nothing compared to the sexually frustrating itch he now felt.

This human was teasing him. He couldn't decided whether that fact irratated him or excited him.

"Ryuk," Light spoke softly, in the same monotone voice he usually spoke to the god of death in, but, somehow, in the same instant, the tone of his voice was more enticing than normal. "What was that rule again?"

"Rule XXIV," Ryuk half-chucked and half-growled. "Why bring that up?"

Ryuk very well knew Yagami's game.

"Just wondering." Light stretched again, this time his shirt was pulled up slightly and a small amount of his stomach was revealed.

Ryuk's eyes shimmered as they lay upon this new imagery of the little bit of the boy's exposed flesh. "You really are a bastard, Light Yagami."

Light chuckled, sighing. "So," Light's eyes seemingly turned a bright, blood-red color as they peirced through Ryuk's own crimson orbs. "What would happen if a god of death did fornicate with a human?"

"He'd be banished to the void between the relms of the paradise known as hevan and the pit of fuck known as hell." Ryuk was beyond aggitated as he growled his response to the boy.

"The same place I'm destined to go to when I die?"

"That would be the one." Ryuk took his place at the edge of the bed, sitting down with a plop that was only audible to Kira. Light lightly began tugging at the feathers that adorned the shinigami's feathers.

"Rules are meant to be broken." The teens voice persuaded.

Ryuk laid back on the bed, allowing Light to crawl over him.

"Fuck the rules, then."

I'm dreadfully bored. And I haven't written Death Note fanfiction in so, so long. I love the Light/Ryuk pairing. I fucking adore the shit out of it. I don't mind Light/L; but it's just not my cup of tea. I always seem to go for the strangest pairing possible.

I wanted to write something rather lewd and erotic, but It ended up being only very mild mannered. Whatever.

Ah, my first DN pairing. ^_^ I used to love it! Still do, but I've been pulled to the side of L/Light. Still love to read these guys from time to time though. Fuck the rules indeed!
